Clinicians at Heart of Wisdom provide psychotherapeutic care for adults aged 18 and over. Our therapeutic approach is active, collaborative, and compassionate. We utilize cognitive-behavioral approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (MB-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help our clients achieve their goals.
We also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
